Joe Biden may no longer be an everyday presence in Washington, but his favorite sandwich shop is ready to increase its profile in the region.

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, which was founded in Wilmington, Delaware and is now based in Las Vegas, announced Tuesday it is seeking franchise partners to increase its presence in Greater Washington by 20 locations.
